The average person talks to himself in a negative way. As much as 94 percent of your inner dialogue tends to be about the things you fear, your worries, the people you're angry at, your problems, your concerns and so on. You have to consciously keep your words, your inner dialogue, consistent with what you wish to accomplish.
My own advices to you -and to myself as well- is to feed your mind with positive images and thoughts.
and to get a deep breath and direct your mind to your lovely dreams and keep visualizing yourself as successful and satisfied.
By those TWO simple key steps you are applying the "mental diet" as long as we care about our physical fitness, we need also to care about our mind fitness and having healthy and "Smart Minds"
