As we all know, The main target every manager has is to create discipline and deliver results. Sometimes,the way to make an employee committed to your standards is through intimidating him..!
The wisdom says: "who doesn't attache to joy, he avoids pain"
Many people dream of richness and welfare, although they don't step towards them, they actually run from poverty and misery.
Those persons who affected through intimidation are negatively motivated and reinforced. they are avoiding pain. fear of lose.
While those who affected through promises and dreams, looking for welfare, happiness, appreciation, recognition and being reputable and unique, they are positively motivated and positively reinforced. they are seeking joy and gain, not avoiding pain or lose.
People are variable in what motives them most. Human Behaviour drivers are not "the same" even when the result is "the same".
